Excellent property with some of the best hospitality and courteousness possible. Every (100%) Staff members are professional and ever willing to help out with anything you need. We'll trained indeed. Front desk Experience was fabulous with Banu and Nicholas standing out. House keeping was excellent with Austin doing well. F&B is magnificent and reasonably priced. Chefs Kundan and Abhijeet were super and at hand to tailor your meals if required. Decent bar with an excellent barman Joel. All in all a lovely experience and an enjoyable holiday

Haati Mahal is a wonderful, well maintained resort located in prime location. Closer to good restaurants & Cavelossim beach.. staff are very courteous and responsive right from reception, to gatekeepers and parking staff etc. Special thanks to housekeeping Austin who took care of us very well. Would love to comeback to this place for a longer stay next time.

Kamalnath from housekeeping provided excellent service. The rooms and bathroom was neatly cleaned. 5 ⭐ for clealiness. The Ambience of Hathi Mahal is also very good. The staff here is very courteous. Overall had a pleasant stay . Looking forward to come back with my friends and family
